How long does delivery take?If the item is in stock and you are a local customer (from the Montreal region), it shouldn't take more than a few days. If the items are in stock and you live outside of the province, please allow a week at the very least for shipment. We kindly appeal for your patience as we are a small company.

Problem signing in?If you are having trouble signing onto your profile please contact us and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

What happens if there is something wrong with my pets food?Please do not hesitate to contact us if you find that there is something wrong with your order. You will either be refunded or you can also exchange the bag for a new one! This must be done within 10 days of your initial purchase

Will there be new products soon?Yes, every week we will try to add as many new products as possible, given that we just launched it is difficult to add them all at once. However in very little time we will be stocked with a large and expanding variety that i'm sure you'll love!
